The IKO TGX® Torch-On SBS Capsheet is fully-bonded, torch-applied, and made from SBS-modified bitumen. It is also reinforced with polyester, providing dimensional stability and durability.

It features an upper surface finish comprising mineral granules in three different colours (green, black, and brown), and a thermofusible film on the underside that melts during the torching process to facilitate a secure bond of the membrane.

Suitable for both new build and refurbishment projects involving domestic and commercial flat roofing applications, the IKO TGX® Torch-On SBS Capsheet, combined with the IKO TGX® Torch-On SBS Underlay, can be incorporated within a new torch-applied built-up roofing system or used to overlay existing bitumen or asphalt roofing.

Available 8m x 1m rolls – the lightest of the SBS range – this capsheet also incorporates a 75mm sacrificial film selvedge for bonding side laps and come with a 10-year guarantee*, as standard. It is also CE and UKCA-accredited.

*When installed as part of a built-up roof system, and conditions are maintained as per IKO literature, relevant Codes of Practice and UK Building Regulations, the product has a 10-year IKO material guarantee.
